Co-owner, Uncommon Ground
Helen Cameron is a co-owner of the restaurants Uncommon Ground, with two locations, one in Wrigleyville and the other in Edgewater. They’re recognized, particularly, for exceptional leadership in cutting-edge environmental practices, sustainability, and urban farming. The Wrigleyville location debuted the country’s first certified-organic rooftop farm in 2008.
